Nordés Vermouth Rojo and Blanco feature a selection of quintessentially Galician botanicals used in Nordés Gin, such as sage, bay leaf, eucalyptus, salicornia, mint and lemon verbena. These come together with other exquisite ingredients to create a true delight for the senses.
The result is a divine and truly Atlantic vermouth like no other.
Made amodiño
Our vermouths are made amodiño, a Galician expression meaning with love and care. This allows us to create a unique vermouth of exceptional quality which captures the very best of the Atlantic. The entire process is overseen by our Master Blender, Marcos Alguacil, named Best Spanish Winemaker at the International Wine Challenge 2023.
Nordés vermouth Rojo has an intense cherry red colour and notes of wine, which come together with citric and herbal aromas. This makes for an extraordinarily pleasant and slightly bitter finish.
Nordés vermouth Blanco, with its attractive shade of yellow and green hues, has herbal and salty nuances as well as slightly bitter and spiced notes. The result is a smooth and elegant finish.
A bottle inspired by local tradition
The Nordés Vermouth bottle is truly unique. With a striking white, slender design, it takes its inspiration from the traditional porcelain made in Sargadelos. Much like the mythical north-easterly wind it is named after, it is a breath of fresh air in the world of vermouth.
