The secret: a unique base spirit
Much of what makes Nordés Gin unique is its base spirit, made from albariño grapes. This means a smooth aroma with notes of white fruit and flowers, and a gin that is truly pleasant and easy to drink.

Fresh, natural botanicals
Nordés is known for its unique process, which sees each of its 11 botanicals steeped separately. These include 6 botanicals native to Galicia: sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint and salicornia, a marine plant that gives it its characteristic balsamic aroma.
It also features 5 botanicals from overseas – juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus and black tea – which give it delicate notes, creating a perfectly balanced flavour.
A slow and carefully crafted process
Each of the botanicals used in Nordés Gin is steeped separately before distillation. This can range from a few hours to almost a month in some cases, allowing us to create an exquisitely well-balanced flavour and aroma.
This slow, carefully refined process makes Nordés Gin truly unparalleled.

An unexpected origin
From the very beginning, Nordés has celebrated the very best Galicia has to offer in an iconic bottle based on the traditional porcelain products made in Sargadelos.

A unique flavour
Nordés has a flavour which is hard to describe yet easy to recognise. Because once you’ve tried it, its freshness and herbal aroma, which make it unlike any other gin, will stay with you forever.
