From the Monte Do Gozo one feels a liberating freshness while enjoying a view of Santiago de Compostela. A sensation that is reproduced by this gin and tonic with the sweet flavours that liquorice adds to the signature Nordés freshness. Due to its digestive qualities, it is perfect at night and at parties that stretch until dawn.
INGREDIENTS:
5 cl of Nordés
20 cl of tonic water
1 portion of sage
1 liquorice stick
ELABORATION AND PRESENTATION:
In a wide glass with a lot of ice, add 5 cl of Nordés gin, pour the tonic water gently and add a liquorice stick.
Decorate with sage leaves.
