This is a simple cocktail where the aromatic, herbal hints of bay leaf combine with the freshness and intensity of berries to create a truly unique aperitif.
30 ml Nordés Gin
30 ml vermouth infused with bay leaf
30 ml bitters made with berries
METHOD AND PRESENTATION:
Fill a tumbler with ice and add all the ingredients.
Stir and enjoy!
