Alejandro Sebastián shows us how to make La Combinación Nordés. This classic, traditional cocktail is both fresh and herbal, with an aromatic hint of bay leaf.
40 ml Nordés gin
30 ml Moscatel
A dash of Angostura bitters
A twist of orange
METHOD AND PRESENTATION:
Chill a cocktail shaker and a copa glass or tumbler by filling them with ice.
Add the Nordés gin, Moscatel and Angostura bitters to the cocktail shaker.
Flambé the bay leaf and add to the cocktail shaker.
Shake to cool the cocktail.
Add ice to the glass and serve.
Garnish with a twist of orange and bay leaf.
