A special cocktail by Alejandro Sebastián celebrating the hills of Malaga and marrying the local flavours of honey and sage, one of the botanicals used in Nordés.
INGREDIENTS:
60 ml Nordés gin
25 ml blossom honey
15 ml triple sec
25 ml lime juice
2 sage leaves
Lime zest, for garnish
PRESENTATION:
Gently crush two sage leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the cocktail ingredients and plenty of ice. Shake vigorously – have some fun with it!
Double strain and serve in a tumbler.
Last but not least, garnish with the two sage leaves and lime zest. Perfect for enjoying with friends!
