The travelling spirit can be savoured in this surprising cocktail, which mixes the spicy taste of ginger beer and black tea with the genuine herbal quality of Nordés. A simple way to turn an after-work drink into a special occasion.
INGREDIENTS:
6 cl of Nordés gin
3 cl of lemon juice
2 cl of sugar syrup
1 bag of black tea
4 cl of Ginger Beer
2 sheets of ginger
ELABORATION AND PRESENTATION:
Pour all of the ingredients except for the ginger beer into a shaker; shake and serve on a small glass jug.
Add the ginger beer, complete it with crushed ice and stir with a spoon.
Decorate with two sheets of fresh ginger and a sage leaf.
