5 cl of Nordés
20 cl of tonic water
1 portion of sage leaves
2 spoonfuls of dehydrated hibiscus flower
ELABORATION AND PRESENTATION:
Macerate 5 cl of Nordés in a mixing glass with the dried hibiscus flower for three seconds. Next, strain the gin into a wide glass filled with ice and gently pour the tonic water.
Decorate with sage leaves.
