Homemade cocktails for a unique after-dinner drink

This year we have spent a lot of time at home and have organised small get-togethers with friends and family. We have also taken the opportunity to practice some of those hobbies for which we normally do not have enough time. One of them has been cooking and another, learning to create creative cocktails at home. From Nordés we offer you a selection of homemade and easy cocktails made with Nordés premium gin to keep celebrating these moments and surprising the ones you love the most. With these two refreshing cocktail recipes by the prestigious bartenders Mario Villalón and Willy Gómez, you will be able to easily keep improving your bartending skills.

Galician Mule Nordés: A fresh and spicy cocktail by bartender Mario Villalón that combines the vegetal side of sage and the freshness of ginger with the bold flavour of pepper.

Ingredients:

50 ml of Nordés gin with sage and pepper

25 ml lime

1.5 ml simple syrup

Top ginger beer

Preparation: Crush and strain the sage and pepper into Nordés premium gin and add to the glass. Then add the rest of the ingredients in the following order and finish and garnish with a sprig of sage.

Hierbaluisa Nordés: A cocktail by Willy Gómez that’s ideal for the aperitif moment and that will whet your appetite and your friends’!

Ingredients:

5 ml Nordés Gin

25 ml of handmade lemon verbena liqueur

20 ml lime juice

3 drops of Fernet Branca

2 drops of ginger bitters

1 lime peel

1 pickled gherkin slice

Preparation: Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Then fill it with lots of ice, chill for a minute, and it’s ready to share!
